1. About CureVista

CureVista ("we", "us") operates a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed physiotherapists for home-visit services in Pakistan. CureVista is a marketplace: physiotherapists on the platform are independent professionals, not employees of CureVista.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your phone number current, as it is used for login and booking communication. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows

Session fees are displayed before booking. Cancellations made close to the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee, shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation. Repeated no-shows by either party may lead to account restrictions.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through the methods offered in the app. Where a paid session cannot be delivered, the amount is credited to your CureVista wallet or refunded per the in-app policy.

5. Provider verification & standards

Physiotherapists must submit degree, license and identity documents, verified before accepting bookings. Providers are expected to maintain professional conduct, punctuality and clinical documentation standards. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of clinical outcome.

6. Not emergency or diagnostic care

CureVista is not for medical emergencies. For emergencies contact your nearest hospital. Physiotherapy services on the platform complement, but do not replace, care from your treating doctor.

7. Acceptable use

Off-platform dealing (arranging sessions outside the app to circumvent fees), harassment of providers or patients, and fraudulent activity are prohibited and may result in suspension.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureVista's liability is limited to amounts paid through the platform for the booking concerned. Independent providers remain responsible for their own professional practice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
